FREE IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at Workshet Design provided all online return policy conditions are met. A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and courier charges cannot be refunded. Item(s) purchased at any Workshet Design store within South Africa can only be returned at Workshet Design store within South Africa.

WORKSHET DESIGN ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store or in person to a WORKU DESIGN within South Africa (only) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that goods purchased online cannot be returned at any of our 3rd Party Retailers/Partners.

Kindly coordinate your return with our customer service team in advance to sure that your return is collected from our courier partner.

All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Workshet Design.
In store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS

At WORKU FASHION we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. We only exchange your item or refund provided that:

 

  • You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You produce your original New invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition, With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached.
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state.
  • A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned is in original packaging.
  • If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Workshet Design reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
  • Workshet Design will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

To request an online exchange or return, please send an email to enter our return center at returns@workshetdesign.co.za.

REQUEST ONLINE RETURN

Email us with a request at returns@ workshetdesign.co.za, with your order number and the reason for exchange, with invoice and original packaging and images.

A confirmation email will be sent the email address on your profile that your return request has been logged

If your return request is approved you will receive an email confirming that collection has been booked

Please ensure that when your return is collected, that the item(s) are handed over in a single sealed bag or box.

Do not handover multiple loose items as they may become lost in transit.

Once your return has been received back at Workshet Design, it will be inspected.

If your return is approved, you will be refunded and will receive an email notification.

If your return is not approved, our customer service team will be in contact.

Please note: a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned and that the item is in good, saleable condition. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@workshetdesign.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
